Ventilation in Barre
Indoor air quality problems are a huge issue for your health. Mold, mildew, and bacteria love to grow in moist, warm areas. But when a little air is circulated in these areas, they cannot grow.
The attic is the most likely place for you to have problems with mold or mildew because of leaking. When rain leaks into the attic, you get plenty of moisture. And then if the attic isn’t ventilated well enough, you have the next ingredient for a lot of mold to grow.
Venting the attic will eliminate the problem, but it should be done with the proper equipment in the right locations.
American Installations takes a whole home approach when it comes to providing you with energy efficiency services. We begin with assessing your current energy systems and issues and provide you with options to improve your home’s ability to warm and cool you efficiently.
